The undercurrent of all projectz and group support programming is empathy.  

Empathy in our procedures, onboarding expectations, project management styles, version control methodologies,  product design input, and interpersonal/professional growth of organizers of color and software engineers.  

It is the mission of Culture & Tech Strategies to provide tech support for every community organizer looking to bring systemic relief to their community and joy into their personal lives by utilizing, designing, and creating better tech tools.  

In prioritizing free to low-cost open-source products, Arique leads a team of software engineers and progressive organizations aimed at identifying and relieving burn-out and winning campaigns.
